Effective December 1, 2017, we will begin collecting sales tax on the sales of any course materials like First Principles and Management Principles in response to new requirements from states now demanding sales tax payments from National Registry. As you know National Registry has not adjusted the price of our books in a few years. We are not doing so now and we hope that will soften the blow of having to add a sales tax.
Should your company be exempt from sales tax, please email your exemption certificate to firstname.lastname@example.org.
To facilitate the new billing requirements we are also adding a new billing system so your invoices will look slightly different. Also, your credit card receipt when you make a purchase will remain the same. But for cross-reference, you will see “NRA-AHLEI-NRFSP” on your credit card statement. Be sure to watch for that one change to the billing process.
